Refunds & Payment Collection

I am happy to work with each customer until they are fully satisfied. I do not accept returns or exchanges due to COVID-19. However, if you are not happy with your order or if it got damaged, please email me at craftysamart@gmail.com. Refunds are accepted in these instances. 

Commissions on Paintings

• Prices vary based on the of size the canvas or item being painted, detail/ complexity of  painting, and hours spent by the artist working on the painting
• All commission will be discussed prior to being accepted
• Artist has the right to refuse commissions (inappropriate, offensive, unable to fulfill customers request, etc.)
• 20% of the overall cost of the artwork is to be paid by the time of commission (once accepted by the artist).
• Downpayment is used towards the overall amount of said commissioned art
• Downpayment in non refundable, if commission is canceled, downpayment is kept and will not be refunded
• No altering to the commission can be made after the artist has accepted prior proposal

Shipping & Handling

The art will be shipped within the time framed agreed. If unforeseen delays occur, the artist is not/ will not be held responsible for any late packaged deliveries.
